Glenn R. Smith:

Glenn is an electrical engineer and licensed patent attorney (Registration No. 38,308 -- see US Patent & Trademark Office Agent and Patent Attorney Roster). He is admitted to practice law in California (CA Bar No. 162723 -- see State Bar of California Member Records Online).

Glenn received a B.S.E.E. from Colorado State University in 1973, graduating first in his class; an M.S.E.E. from the University of California, Irvine in 1979; an M.B.A. from California State University, Fullerton in 1985 and a J.D. from U.C.L.A in 1992.

Glenn worked for many years as an electronics engineer for such companies as Rockwell, Lockheed, Northrop and Interstate Electronics, designing digital circuits, software and algorithms for signal processing applications. He also is an experienced, advanced-class amateur radio (ham) operator - WB6RBC.

As an attorney, Glenn was an associate at Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear and, later, in-house patent counsel for Masimo Corporation before starting the Patent Law Office of Glenn R. Smith in 1999.

Lei (Lisa) Liu:

Lisa is a computer scientist and licensed patent agent (Registration No. 54,277-- see US Patent & Trademark Office Agent and Patent Attorney Roster). She received a M.S.C.S. from California State University, Fullerton in 2002 and worked as a programmer for Precision Direct in Irvine prior to joining the Patent Law Office.
